We built this company because homeowners deserve a local contractor who actually lives in the community they serve — someone who will be here long after the storm clouds have cleared.
Meet the Owner
Tom Jacobs
I've spent the past 20 years working in construction, with the last five focused on residential contracting — roofing, siding, windows, and exterior work. Along the way, working for a larger contracting company, I learned how to properly manage a project from the first phone call to the final walkthrough.
I started Jacobs Construction so I could offer homeowners a more personal, hands-on experience. It's intentionally a small, owner-operated business — keeping things simple and focused so every homeowner gets the time, communication, and attention their project actually deserves.
When you work with us, I'm your first and last point of contact. I personally walk homeowners through the entire process. My goal is straightforward: take my time, do the job right, and make sure every homeowner is happy when the work is done.
Off the clock
Outside of work, I'm grateful to spend my time with my wife, Ashley, and our two sons, Ari and Rogan. We also have two dogs that keep life interesting — a chocolate lab named Archie and a Rottweiler named Marv. Family is extremely important to me, and that same mindset carries into my work. I treat every home and project with the same care and respect I'd expect for my own family's home.
